Job Tittle – Sales Trainee (Inside Sales- preferably female)

Job Location – Gurgaon

Job Summary – The hired candidate will be responsible for pre-sales activities like cold calling, mass mailing, maintaining leads’ database, R&D on accounts. They will be making outbound calls to B2B leads in mid & large sized organizations. They will pitch YOMA staffing solutions and generate meetings for the Field Sales members. The candidate should be capable enough to drive the conversation in right direction, probing, making judgement and analysing if there is a meeting fitment or not.

• Good/Excellent command on English language
• Logical Reasoning
• Qualification – Graduation & above
• Voice modulation & pleasing personality
• Stress handling and making back to back outbound calls
• Average/Good command on MS Excel

Job Duties –

• Maintaining leads database for cold calling and emailing
• Cold calling and generating meetings
• Mass emailing to position YOMA as a brand in the market
• R&D on accounts – latest updates, core competition, industry and market awareness
• Making Excel reports and notes on individual account/lead
